Start by creating a ticket in our Help Desk Portal. A specialist will reach out within minutes referencing the case you just created. Use the Remote Connection link to download the application allowing access to your computer and network. Your technician will gve you a quick diagnosis of the problem and make recommendations. Last step is agreeing to terms by payment and we’ll have the issue resolved in the allowed time frame.
